Tandy Pullis (nee, Nelson), born 10/17/1946 died from complications of RA lung disease and COPD on 4/28/2015. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, wife, and friend. Her corny brand of humor and the sparkle in her eye will be missed. Tandy is survived by her husband: Steve; children: Stephanie Young(Chris), and Michelle Pullis(Phil Eagan); grandchildren: Jessica and Cassidy Young, Brooklynne Eagan (and Zara Eagan born days after her demise); siblings: Holly Cissell (Ron), Mac Nelson, Stuart Nelson (Mindy), and Mary Ann Voreck(survived spouse of brother, Joseph Voreck) and their son Aaron Voreck. There are a host of other extended relatives and relatives by marriage that will miss her- as well as many friends, co-workers, and students’ lives that she touched. She held various positions in her life- but her most recent and longest stays of employment were with the Huntingdon College Bookstore, and she retired from the State of Alabama DOC as a clerical worker. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on 5/23/2015 at White Chapel/Greenwood Funeral Home’s Chapel at 2 pm (909 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109, (334) 272-3181).
