Toby Eugene Pace

Pace, Toby Eugene 49, a longtime resident of Grady, died peacefully at Baptist Medical Center South on October 14, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father Phillip Scott Pace and his Stepfather Arthur Paul Hebert. He is survived by his three children Lara Owens (Randy), Karly Faulkner (Thomas), and Jonathan Pace (Brandy), his mother Shirley Henderson, and his siblings Henry Baker, Arthur Paul Hebert II (Jackie), Frank Hebert (Randi), Paula Hebert (Charles), Paulette Hebert (Troy), and Tina Marie Hebert. He was known by “PawPaw” by his pride and joy also known as his grandchildren, Robert and Bobby Burnette, Colton and Olivia Faulkner, Temperance and John Carter Pace, Randy and Levi Williams, and Bristol Sampley. Toby was born in Montgomery, AL at St. Margaret’s Hospital on November 23, 1971. He was a member of Union Baptist Church. He loved his grandchildren more than anything in this world. You could always find him at the auction on Sundays and playing cards with his buddies on Thursday night. He was always the first one there. He also loved some Alabama football. There will never be another man to replace the amazing man he was. His giving heart and infectious smile will be missed by many. Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Wednesday October 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m.
