She was a devout member of Eastdale Baptist Church. Jean loved shopping and worked at Gayfers until 1998. Upon retirement, she spent most of her time with her family and friends. She also had a love for Jesus, cooking, and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Robert Ozee. Jean is survived by her son, Glendell Eugene Ozee (Lisa); her two grandchildren, Robert Neal Ozee and Taylor Marie Lewis (Trent); and her faithful companion, Jasmine.
A visitation will be held Sunday, May 8, 2022, at 1:00 PM at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home (909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL, 36109) with a graveside service immediately following at 2:00 PM at Greenwood Cemetery. Paul bearers will include: Neal Ozee, Scott Lawrence, Trent Lewis, David Massie, Max Nichols, and Luther Hicks. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Elmore County Humane Shelter.
