William C. Chesser, Jr., 89, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 8, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at Greenwood Cemetery with Allen Ammons and Jason Chesser officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at White Chapel Funeral Home. Mr. Chesser was an Army veteran of World War II. He also retired from Western Railroad as a machinist. He is survived by his sons, Frank Chesser (Cherry), Charles Chesser (Rosemary), Bruce Chesser; daughter, Patricia Nelson (Randy); grandchildren, Aiden, Brooke, Bo and Courtney Chesser. Pallbearers will be Aiden Chesser, Bo Chesser, Jason Chesser, Jared Chesser, Ed Russell and Randy Nelson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Apologetic’s Press or to Vista Care Hospice.
