William Eric Ramey Sr.

William E. (Bill) Ramey Sr. went to be with his Lord on December 10, 2014. He was a beloved and loving husband and father. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Joann Lunsford Ramey, to whom he was married to for fifty-one years. He is survived by one son William E. Ramey Jr. (Rick) and daughter in law Ann Ramey, of Montgomery, AL. As well as numerous neices, nephews, and many friends. He was an active member of Trinity Memorial Baptist Church for many years. Bill served twenty years in The USAF in Korea and during Vietnam. He graduated from Alabama Chistian College with a degree in Business Administration. He recieved numerous awards while serving in the USAF. Pallbearers include Fred Holliday, Don Murphy, Richard Murphy, Joe Nave, Steve Nave, and Jim Wilkerson. Special Thanks to all of Mr. Bill's caregivers. Family requests that in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Trinity Memorial Baptist Church or to your local food bank for the Holiday season. Rev. Stan Holt and Chuck Franscico will officiate the service at Leak Memory Chapel on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 2:00 pm with visitation one hour prior.
