The family will receive friends Friday, August 1, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. with the memorial service at 11:00 A.M. at Leak Memory Chapel with Pastor Stewart Young and Darrell Young officiating.
Reverend Young was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, James David Young, Gene Young, Benton Young, Walters Young, Kendrick Young, Mary Nell Myers, LeMerle Young, Donald Young, Mae Jones, and David Young.
Reverend Young is survived by his wife of 52 years, Connie A. Young, and children Lane (Suellen) Young, Scott Young, Kate Muhlendorf, Darrell (Tara) Young, Jason (Kayla) Young.
15 grandchildren, Brett Young, Abi Shaw, Grant Masterson, Sheldon Butler, Braxton Butler, Jacob Young, Mackenzie Young, Bella Young, Judah Young, Bennett Young, Brooks Young, Addie Clark Young, Harper Ann Young, Mackenzie Cauley, Banks Young and 3 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bennett Young, Brooks Young, Trevor Shaw, Jacob Young, Mike Jones, and Gene Turman.
