Zora Watson

Zora Mae Havird Watson, age 95, born in South Carolina was a resident of Montgomery County, AL for 78 years. She was a Farmer, supporter of the Pike Road community and retired State of Alabama Revenue Department Employee.

She was preceded in death by her husband David Livingston Watson, son Larry Wayne Watson, mother Ozella Butler Havird, father Broadus Franklin Havird, brother Tony Melvin Havird and son in law James A Vann, Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Frankie Joyce Snowden, niece Wanda S. Horn, nephews Jay Snowden, Javan Snowden and Jeff Havird, daughter Joyce Watson Vann, grandsons, David Larry Vann and Timothy (Julia) James Vann, great-grandchildren Evren and Zora Vann.

A friends and family visitation for Zora will be held Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 9:00 AM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109. Following the friends and family visitation will be a graveside at 10:00 AM at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens, 909 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109.
