Angele Ahmaranian

Peacefully just shy of her 98th birthday at home surrounded by family and her beloved caregiver Grace. Angele was married to Stanley George Sole and beloved mother to her three children Vivien, Jocelyn (d. 1983), and Jeffrey Sole. Businesswoman and entrepreneur, she successfully founded and developed a children’s retail store designing and making exclusive clothing; founded and developed a real estate brokerage business in Montreal; and managed a portfolio of commercial and residential properties until the age of 90. A remarkable high energy and indefatigable pioneering professional, at the age of 44 she completed a three year Advanced Course held at McGill University for the Canadian Institute of Realtors and was accepted as a Fellow (F.R.I.). In her capacity as Realtor, and proud Canadian and Quebecer, she represented Canada at several international conventions of the International Real Estate Federation. She was very close to her two brothers Tony (d. 2016), Edward (d. 2011) and their families. After 11 years a widow, she married George Chakra (d. 2000). She touched the lives of many people during her lifetime, often sacrificing her own needs to help others in greater need. Her Catholic faith sustained her through good and bad times; she was never shy to speak-out and let her opinions be known – forceful and gentle, and always the great elegant lady that she was. She is now in the hands of God, we will miss her dearly.

Angèle fut mariée à Stanley George Sole et était mère bien aimée de Vivien, Jocelyn (d. 1983) et Jeffrey Sole. Femme d'affaires et entrepreneure, elle a fondé et développé avec succès un magasin de détail pour enfants, a fondé et développé une entreprise de courtage immobilier et a géré un portefeuille de propriétés commerciales et résidentielles jusqu'à l'âge de 90 ans. Une professionnelle novatrice remarquable abondante d'énergie et infatigable, à l'âge de 44 ans elle a complété un cours avancé de trois ans à l'Université McGill pour l'Institut canadien des agents immobiliers (Canadian Institute of Realtors) et reçut la désignation de « Fellow » (F.R.I.). Dans le cadre de ses fonctions en tant courtier immobilier, et fière Canadienne et Québécoise, elle a représenté le Canada dans plusieurs congrès internationaux de la Fédération Internationale de l'Immobilier. Elle était très proche de ses deux frères Tony (d. 2016) et Edouard (d. 2011.) et de leurs familles. Après avoir passé 11 ans en tant que veuve, elle épousa George Chakra (d. 2000). Elle a touché la vie de plusieurs personnes au cours de sa vie, sacrifiant souvent ses propres besoins pour aider les autres en plus grand besoin. Sa foi catholique l'a soutenue à travers bons moments et moments difficiles. Elle n'a jamais hésité à s'exprimer et à faire connaître ses opinions – déterminée, douce et toujours très élégante à travers tout. Elle est maintenant entre les mains de Dieu, elle nous manquera chèrement.
