It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Elisa Giulietta Scafone (Lentini), at the age of 90, on December 26, 2025, in Montreal, Quebec.
Elisa was born on May 30, 1935 in Isca Sullo Ionio, Italy. She immigrated to Montreal in 1960.
Elisa was predeceased by her husband Sestinio, her son Vittorio, her parents Celestina Rao and Antonio Scafone, her brother Bruno, her sister Maria (Antonio), her sister-in-law Caterina (Gino), her brothers in law Vincenzo (Gina), Gregorio (Elvira), Fiore, Pietro and her nephew Fernando.
She is survived by her daughter, Antonella (Tim); her granddaughter Amanda, her sisters Santa (Toto) and Laura (Saverio), her sisters-in-law Gemma, Natalina and Rosa, and many nieces and nephews.
Elisa will live forever in our hearts, and we will cherish the many precious memories she leaves behind.
