Fernand J. LaBrosse

1923 - 2018

C'est avec une immense tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Fernand J. LaBrosse, survenu le 23 février 2018 à l'Hôpital général juif, à l'âge de 94 ans.

Il laisse dans le deuil sa conjointe Jacqueline Ménard, ses enfants Mychelle (Ronald Haynes), Maryse (Peter Tomaras) et Richard (Francine Dufort), ses trois petits-enfants Patrick Tomaras (Marie-Christine), Stéphanie (Simon Carrier) et Alexandre Tomaras (Christina Séguin) ainsi que ses trois arrière-petits-enfants Théo, Iliana et Athena.

Il laisse également son frère Gaston de Calgary ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces et amis.

Les funérailles auront lieu samedi le 21 avril au Centre Funéraire Côte-des-Neiges. La famille accueillera parents et amis dès 10:00. Un service funèbre suivra à la chapelle du Centre.

La mise en terre aura lieu à Bromont au mois de mai avec la famille immédiate.

Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à la Société canadienne de cancer seraient appréciés.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Fernand J. LaBrosse on February 23, 2018 at the Jewish general hospital, at the age of 94.

He will be lovingly remembered and mourned by his spouse Jacqueline Ménard, his children Mychelle (Ronald Haynes), Maryse (Peter Tomaras) and Richard (Francine Dufort), his three grandchildren Patrick Tomaras (Marie-Christine), Stéphanie (Simon Carrier) and Alexandre Tomaras (Christina Séguin) as well as his three great-grandchildren Théo, Iliana and Athena.

He also leaves his brother Gaston from Calgary as well as many nephews, nieces and friends.

The family will receive condolences at the Centre Funéraire Côte-des-Neiges, at 10:00 on Saturday April 21. A funeral service will follow at the chapel.

The interment will take place in the spring in Bromont with close family members.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian cancer society would be appreciated.
