Beloved husband of Shirley Empson for 63 years. Cherished father of his loving daughters Susan and Joanne (Gabor). Treasured grandfather of Alex and Samantha, who he loved very much. He will be deeply missed.
Charming and with a great zest for life, Joe spent his entire 40-year career with NORTEL, where he retired at 55 to pursue his passion for golf and travel. Joe was a member of the Kirkland Seniors for many years, where he had many friends and played bridge, bingo and attended many social functions.

A private family funeral will be held in Joseph’s honor.
