I planned to attend the funeral, believing that the viewing was on April 15, while the funeral service is today. So sad that I missed it all. Dear Laurel, may the Lord accept your soul in paradise as you watch over your devoted husband Raymond and family. 
May the memories of Laurel continue to be a source of blessing to her family and all who knew her.

For the George and  Pierre Family,  my dearest cousins we are so sorry for your sad loss of Auntie Lauriel.
My first memory of meeting my amazing, beautiful, vivacious auntie Laurel was when we first went back to Grenada from England to live in 1969. It was exciting to see her and her then boyfriend Raymond. They were the "it" couple. They were young, gorgeous, stylish, hip and trendy. Not long afterwards,  she came to England to do nursing. I felt sad that we had just arrived and she was leaving. I remember her telling me stories about how she went to Canada for her and Raymond to be together on the cruise ship and how exciting a fun it was. But then again Auntie was such fun to be around, she had such wonderful energy which made people gravitate towards her. She loved to talk, she loved a good party and she loved to ague with her brothers. On one of their many visits to England when their children were young, with auntie, my dad Tony, Uncle Lio and Uncle Michael, in our living room, the cricket was on the TV when the West Indies were the mighty Kings of cricket and the agued for England. Everyone else left them to it. You couldn't join in because that was their thing. As the only girl, her brothers looked after her and was their Queen.  She was truly beautiful inside and out. Auntie, you were loved more than you could ever know and will be missed more than you can imagine. You are forever my darling, phenomenal, inspirational Auntie Laurel.

Such sad news to hear of your passing. A bright ray of sunshine has left this world to shine in the next.
I remember your love and kindness when Keith and I came to stay at yours and Cousin Raymond's home. A joyous and loving time we had with you and your family.  Your children have your heart and creativity. I remember the play they put on for Keith and I as a leaving gift. 
One of my memories was as a Mother you always found time to  talk with your children, particularly around the dinner table with sumptuous dishes.  You would come home from the hospital  Nursing and caring for others.  Love is a timeless gift! 
Cousin Raymond, Laura Lee, Ray, Sherilyn  Raldoli  and your family, your hearts are breaking now  but the Lord is your healer and your restorer. 
Your mother is at rest and in a land where she will never grow old. She is living without time, only eternity. 
Cousin Laurel, you gave in life, now receive abundance from your creator.

I will never forget the time, when myself and my sister Sandra, came over to Montreal, and staying with your lovely family back in 1991 and 1993, and the memories that we had with you and the family, I have carried in my heart and soul to this day.  Auntie Lauriel is, and always will be, a wonderful precious soul, strong and family devoted auntie, who together with Uncle Ray and kids, made me and my sister Sandra's stay, more than memorable.  I can still after many decades,  here her voice, especially calling her children for help with anything she needed.  Personally, I will say this, I am so honored and blessed for Auntie Lauriel being in my life.  She is not only a beautiful and kind, but equally from what I had seen, a tremendous wife, mother, and 'm sure, grandmother to her grand children.  
It's such a shame that I missed out on seeing you, if I remember, Uncle Ray and Lauralee back in August of 2017, when you came over to London, and me and my family were on holiday in Barbados. I am still gutted that I didn't see you all, but did manage to contact via Whatsapp, while I was there. 
Me and my families deepest thoughts and prayers go out to your beautiful family, Uncle Ray, love you very much,  Lauralee, Ray, Cherilyn and Raldali, I love you all too so much. Stay strong for each other and the rest of the family and to all Auntie's families and  friends..

My dearest one and only beautiful Aunty. I will never forget when you left us in England when I was 10 year old to go to Canada, I cried continuously for weeks. I was so happy when my Dad (Lionel - your eldest brother) booked for the whole Family to go to Canada a few years later. I was 13 year old and we had such a wonderful time. We were blessed to see you at my sister Sheila’s wedding and my wedding. Thank you so much for coming as we have wonderful memories, pictures and videos. The last time we saw you was when you came to England in 2019, little did we know it would be the last time. We all miss you so much, but you have left a fantastic legacy which lives within your children, your children’s children…

To my Family in Canada our sincerest our deepest condolences on the loss of such a wonderful matriarch. Praying for GOD to give you all the strength you will need at this very difficult and painful time.
