He leaves behind his two children Dagmar and Christian as well as his granddaughter Elizabeth.
He also leaves behind his sister Irene and two nephews Markus, his three children and Michael.
Predeceased by his parents Stefan and Theresia Tilly and his brother Stefan II.
Predeceased also by his first wife Ingeborg Roth.
He lived his life fulfilled with his passion for family and friends and the sports he loved. He is a true example of a successful immigrant that always extended a helping hand to anyone in need. His generosity was well known by all those who had the privilege and pleasure to know him and appreciate him.

The family will receive condolences on Friday February 23, 2018 from 10:00am to 2:30pm at Centre Funéraire Côte-des-Neiges 4525, chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, Québec, H3V1E7. His Celebration of Life will be held on Friday February 23, 2018 at the Chapel of the Centre at 2:30pm.
