Michel Desroches

Loved by all, Michel, Michael, Mich, Teekle was most passionate about family, friends, golf, country music and his cherished Harletta, his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Long time Tennessee Squire, he enjoyed going on motorcycle road trips with his loving wife Iris, making frequent journeys to Nashville to see some of his favourite musicians. He was also especially fond of his trips to San Diego to visit Ray and Rhona, as well as his golf games at Torrey Pines in La Jolla.

He leaves behind his wife Iris, daughters Caroline and Dominique (Alex), siblings Louise, Pierre, Jean (Martine) and Monique, his nieces and nephews, the mother of his children, Geneviève, his stepchildren Jennifer (Steven) Jonathan (Andreina) Derek (Leah), grandchildren Céleste, Noah, Siena, Liam, Dylan, Dahlia, Baila, Matthew and Andrew, his brother-in-law Ray, his wife Rhona and their children Daniel, Miriam and Sarah. He will also be missed by a tight-knit community of golfers who became a very supportive and close friend group.

His determination, wit and kind spirit were felt throughout his fight with illness and were a testament to his personality.

A visitation will be held at the Centre funéraire Côte-des-Neiges, in the room Les Chênes, located at 4525 Chemin de Cote-des-Neiges, Montreal, QC, H3V1E7. The visitation will take place on March 9, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel at the same location. The funeral service will commence at 2:00 pm on March 9, 2025.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the War Amps, Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation or to Canadian Magen David Adom.
