Rosa (Pavoni) Danesi

Born in Italy on April 20, 1930 and later immigrated to Montreal with her husband, and two children in 1964 to reunite with her brother Antonio and his family.

Predeceased by her husband Riccardo, she leaves in mourning her children Mario and Domenico; her grandchildren Michael and Julia (Peter), and her great-grandson Bowen.

For 30 years, she worked two jobs. The hard work our mother and father had to endure during the early years when coming to a new country, helped build a stable foundation that allowed the family to grow, and allow my brother and I to succeed in our goals in life.

In her spare time she enjoyed making tomatos and other vegetables garden; enjoyed cooking for the family and her friends.

She will always be "la stella della casa", and she will always be remembered "ti voglio tanto bene mamma".
