Rosa Ricciuti

Rosa Riciutti Del Peschio 1932 – 2020. Surrounded by loved ones, Rosa passed away peacefully on Monday, December 21, 2020, in her eighty eighth year at the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence. Born in Guglionesi, Italy, she immigrated to Montreal in 1963, resided in Ville Emard and worked in the needle trade for over 20 years. Rosa was a dedicated wife, hard-working, humble and loving person who cherished spending time among family and friends. Rosa personified true love and commitment, set an example for us all and her legacy will always be a source of inspiration to her close family. She accepted her fate with much grace and calmness to the end. She is survived by her children Costanza (Angelo), Carmen (Vince) and Arcangelo (Pia). Cherished grandmother of eight, Filomena (John), Nick (Laura), Anthony (Maria), Ann Marie (Jason), Rosalie ( Nicolas), Ben (Zohra), Anthony, Alessandro and great grandmother to Angelica, Lorenzo, and Emilia. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers, Antonietta, Sisina, Lucia ,Giuseppe, Mario, and will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to all those who offered their support to the family including doctors, nurses, and staff at the Theresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence. Their dedication and support were greatly appreciated.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, December 30 from 9 to 13:00 at Cote Des Neiges Funeral Centre, (Les Erables) 4245 Cote Des Neiges. Funeral services will be held at Chappelle de la Resurrection , Notre Dame Des Neiges Cemetery at 13:45 followed by internment at Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Theresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence would be appreciated.
