William was a great man on this earth, someone who you could confide in when you felt the need too protect your insucurities.


Billy was a friend that you could count on that was always there for you when you needed him and most of the times we always got together to have a good time and that's what happened and he will be definitely missed he was always there when I needed help and that's what made him what I could say a true friend to the end. Funny how you can appreciate the things that you miss all of a sudden I noticed how life is so precious so when you do have somebody that you care about just remember to let them know and that is everything

You always requested my rice pudding lol. Great seafood meals as we all know you loved. Spoke to you days before you left us. We have you on our mind all the time. I can hear your voice right now. I play all the songs you liked and will raise my drink to you. You will never be forgotten my friend. Until we meet again brother. Love you always

Billy was more than a friend! He was family, as were his parents before him. Billy was to spend a weekend in Ontario with Lili & I. I am saddened that his passing prevented us from sharing those final moments of his precious life. We have been friends for over 50 years. He is my brother as his family became my family. So many great Memories with the Telfer family. From his brothers & sisters & their children. I was blessed to be a part of that family & watching their children slowly grow up. My heart breaks for them for their sorrow & great loss. I cry as I write this. One day when it is my time. I know Billy will be their to greet me! May God keep & love him as I loved my friend!
