Connie Stratton

Connie was a 1981 graduate of Hendrick Hudson High School, where she loved playing the Viola. Following graduation, she worked at IBM and Nestle before beginning a long and dedicated career at Irvington school district. She retired in 2024 after many years of service and moved to Endicott, NY to enjoy retirement.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Shirley Stratton, and her sister Patsy Romine.

She is survived by her brothers, Monte Stratton of Nanticoke PA, and Robert Stratton and his wife Michelle of Peekskill, NY. Connie is also lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews, whom she cherished deeply.

Connie will be laid to rest at a later date in New Shavertown cemetery in Andes, NY, where she will be buried alongside her parents, Robert and Shirley Stratton.

She will be remembered for her dedication, her love of family and friends and her gentle heart.

Connie had a special love for dogs and all animals. In honor of her compassion and kindness, those wishing to pay their respects are encouraged to make a donation to the ASPCA.
