Dorothy was born in Tarrytown, NY on August 12, 1923 to Frederick and Olive (Wood) Valentine. She worked and retired from General Motors in Tarrytown, NY. Dorothy was a longtime member of Trinity Boscobel United Methodist Church.
She was the sister of Curtis Valentine who predeceased her and aunt to Karen, Michele, Brian and Kenneth Valentine.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 12th from 9:15 to 10:15 am at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, Montrose, NY. Funeral Services will follow at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Cortlandt Manor.
