Kenneth Joseph Golden

Kenneth was an arborist and owner of Golden’s Tree Service. He was a graduate of Hendrick Hudson High School and was a life member of the Verplanck Fire Department. Kenneth loved the Hudson River Valley and boating; he was a phenomenal fisherman and loved deep sea fishing in the ocean off of Myrtle Beach. His stories will be missed by all.

He is survived by his wife Judy of 53 years; brother Vincent (Mary Jane); father of Joseph (Mary Duclose), Kevin (Gail); grandfather of Joseph Jr. (Erin), Kayla, Jessica, Robert, Rebecca and extended loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 170 Kings Ferry Rd., Montrose, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, April 27th at St. Patrick’s Church in Verplanck, NY. Burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery also in Verplanck.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kenneth’s name should be made to your favorite charity.
