

Brady is survived by his three sisters Barbara Danner, Edna Barnes, and Julia Brown. He is predeceased by his siblings Mattie Little, Warren Brown Jr, Hayes Lewis, Bennie Lee Lewis, niece Celestine Butler and his common-law wife Theresa Brooks. He left behind nieces Sandra Danner, Jacqueline Danner, Carla Butler, Mattie B. Little, Doris Butler, Janice Mack, Jasmine Brown, Kari Brown, Kaylin Brown, and nephews Jerome Danner, Willie Butler, Gregory Barnes, and Ronald Brown. He left behind a host of great friends.
Brady was born in Jackson, Mississippi on January 7, 1956, to Winnie Mae People and William Jackson. He moved to California at the age of sixteen. Where he served in the military and worked as a custodian for many years. In California he also met the love of his life, Theresa Brooks. He was a devoted stepfather to Eric Bedford, Funeka Beford, Helen Caldwell, and Alonzie Caldwell. He loved his granddaughter Spirit, she was his pride and joy.
Brady Jackson was a man of simple joys and pleasures who laughed naturally. He loved his sports, music, tv shows and movies. His favorite movie was Friday. Everyone let’s celebrate the life of Brady Jackson. He will be deeply missed by friends and family.
A visitation for Brady will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Miller Jones Mortuary and Crematory, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, CA 92553, followed by a reception from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
