Charles Robert Dunn

Charles attended Crescenta Valley High School, where he played water polo and swam all three years. During high school, he met the love of his life, Sharon Fleming. The two graduated with the Class of 1970 and were married on May 4, 1974, at Glendale Methodist Church.

Charles dedicated 35 years of service to Southern Pacific and Union Pacific Railroad as a locomotive engineer. He and Sharon were blessed with three children: Carley, Christopher, and Carrie. The family later moved to Moreno Valley, where they made their home for over 40 years.

Charles is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Sharon Dunn; his children, Carley and her husband Ron, Christopher and his wife Christy, and Carrie and her husband Andrew. He was also a proud and loving grandfather to Cayden, Ryker, Cannon, Cadence, Jimmy, Brylee, Cali, and Kendall.

Charles will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and loyal friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
