With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Christopher Jaiden-Mckhi Walker, a bright and ambitious young man, who left this world far too soon. Christopher, affectionately known as Chris, passed away on February 21, 2025, at the tender age of 20, in the comfort of his home.

Born on December 16, 2004, Christopher was a shining star, whose light will continue to illuminate the lives of those who loved him. As a college student, he balanced his academic pursuits with part-time jobs, showcasing his dedication and strong work ethic. His passion for gaming and computers was evident in his enthusiasm for the latest gadgets and technology.

However, Christopher's greatest pride lay in his role as a protective and loving sibling. He took immense joy in being a positive influence on his brothers and sisters, always mindful of the impact he had on their young lives.

Christopher is survived by his devoted parents, Kalisia and Robert Walker of Moreno Valley, CA; his siblings, Jason A. Walker of Bend, OR, Jabria Dai-Yonna Johnson, Elijah Jon-Anthony, and PaisleyReign Sarah Walker, all of the home; his loving maternal grandmother, Gloria Jean Dukes of Kingstree, SC; his aunts Tharinia Oyegun, Carmen Baylark, and Karen; his uncles Jovanni Walker, Dennis Cross, James Cross, and Elvis (Pam) Pressley, with whom he shared a special bond.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Barbara; his aunts Angela and Tina; and his uncle Maurice (Miriam Walker).

A celebration of Christopher's life will be held at March 8 1200pm in the Miller Jones Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the fund established for Christopher’s younger siblings.

As we mourn the loss of this remarkable young man, we take comfort in the memories of his bright smile, his infectious laughter, and his unwavering kindness. Christopher may be gone, but his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched.

Rest in peace, dear Christopher. Your love and light will never be forgotten.
