Kathleen Protat

On October 28th, 2022, Kathy, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away. She was fifty-one years of age. Born in Ohio and making her way to Riverside, California, where she would later meet Mike Protat, her future husband. They were married for 24 years.

Kathy loved surrounding herself with family and friends. She loved to go camping and enjoy the great company and fond memories that were made. She was intelligent and often engaging herself in puzzles and word games. Kathy was always a radiating beacon of comfort and acceptance. She would never judge and was always inviting. If you had the pleasure of meeting her, you know that her smile and laugh were nothing less than infectious.

Kathy will never truly be gone since she lives in all the hearts and memories of those who knew her.
