Frank was a resident of Morgan City, Louisiana.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Christ Gospel Church 1206 Red Cypress Road Patterson, Louisiana. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery in Morgan City, Louisiana.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his brothers, Everett Smith, Edwin Johnson, Carlos Johnson, all of Morgan City, Louisiana, and Johnny Smith of Lafayette, Louisiana; along with nieces, nephews, Church family and friends.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Raymond Smith and Bessie Mae Steele-Smith.
