Joseph Nathan Favors

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel 715 Sixth Street Morgan City, Louisiana.

Joseph was the first child born to Joseph and Marlene Griffin on January 26, 1959. He departed this life on April 6, 2025.

Joseph was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Linda Mae Lawrence Favors; two sisters, Dorothy Douglas of Patterson, LA; and Ruby (Harold) Guillory of Welch, LA; his children, Quentisa Morris of Morgan City, LA, Joseph (Chontrell) Favors, Jr., Brandon (Michelle) Delco of Paerson,LA, Alicia Favors, Nathan Favors, Magraff Favors, Jacob Favors and Colby Favors, all of Eunice, LA, Aimee Bertrand and Kristie Bertrand both of Patterson, LA; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marlene Griffin and Joseph Griffin; one sister, Shirley Griffin; and a brother-in-law, David Douglas.
