Eddie McNeil Bailey, age 77, of Morganton, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019. He was Born on January 12, 1942 in Newport News, VA.
Those left to cherish his memory include a son, Eddie Keith "Buck" Bailey; a daughter, Liz Bailey Ramsey; two grandchildren, Dillon Ramsey and Brenna Ramsey; and his former wife, Sue Williams Hallyburton.
A private memorials service will be held at a later date.
