Mr. Jack Milton Foster, 74, of Morganton, passed away, Monday, April 15, 2013, at his residence. Born December 25, 1938, in Swain County, he was a son of the late LaVern Milton Foster and Irene Thrasher Foster. Mr. Foster was a member of the Christian Outreach Church, Morganton. Mr. Foster proudly served his country in the US Air Force.
Mr. Foster is survived by his loving wife, Christine Carswell Foster, of the home;
A son, Joseph, and wife Faith, of Morganton;
A brother, Bob Foster and wife, Carol, of Swannanoa, NC;
A niece, Lindsay Foster, of Arden;
And a nephew, Robert T. Foster, of Arden, NC;
A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 PM, Thursday, April 18, 2013, in the Chapel of Kirksey Funeral Home, Morganton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
