Tammy Laverne Lynch

Ms. Tammy Laverne Lynch, 54, of Morganton, N.C. went home to be with the Lord on February 11, 2018. Born June 10th, 1963 in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of Robert C. Lynch and Nell H. Lynch. She was an honor graduate of the Class of 1981 from Freedom High School in Morganton, NC. Quirky, but kind, she had an infectious laugh, loved children, butterscotch candy and was one of the most organized people you’d ever meet.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Robert Lynch and Orange Lee Miller Lynch, maternal grandparents Ruth Ross Hughes and Willie Hughes, brother Marvin Lee Lynch and many beloved aunts and uncles.

She leaves to cherish her memory, father Robert C. Lynch (Amie), mother Nell Lynch, all of Morganton, N.C.; sisters Daphnia Price of Forest City, N.C., Celeste Lynch and Fontaina Caldwell (Anthony) of Morganton, N.C., Cristal Lynch (Trevor) of Brooklyn, N.Y., Gloria Pinson (Kevin) of Hickory, N.C., Regina Lynch of Durham, N.C., Diane McGough (Charles) of Corpus Christi, T.X., Shellian Elliot (Dwanye) of Nashville, T.N., and one brother Adrian Lynch (Chelsie) of Cary, N.C., two uncles Donald Lynch of Patterson, N.J., Terry Hughes of Elmira, N.Y. and seven aunts Sandra Lynch, Shantina Lynch and Nanina (Alex) Brown all of Forest City, N.C., Toni (Lynn) Owens of Willow Grove, P.A., Sheila Okoroji of Raleigh, N.C., Tina Lynch of Harlem, N.C., and Joanne Hughes of Charlotte, N.C., two great aunts, Uffer Mae Staley of Forest City, N.C., and Mildred (Eddie) Scott of Charlotte, N.C. and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
