Ted Walton Saulman Jr.

Mr. Ted Walton Saulman, Jr., 58, of Morganton, went to his Heavenly Home, Tuesday, July 31, 2012, while at his residence. Born May 18, 1954, in Burke County, he was a son of the late Ted Walton Saulman, Sr. and Jewel Denny Saulman, of Morganton. Mr. Saulman was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Freedom High School and served as a delivery man for Jones Drug Store, Morganton.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Saulman leaves behind to cherish his memory a brother, Robert Douglas Saulman, of Morganton;

Two aunts, Evelyn Freeman, of Charlotte and Carolyn Benfield & husband, Cecil, of Morganton;

An uncle, Tom Benfield, Morganton;

Two nieces, Holly Renee Saulman and Rebecca Lynn Wood & husband, Justin;

Four great nieces and nephews, Tyler Digh, Landon Wood, Trenton Baker and Taylor Baker and a host of friends will also cherish his memory.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, August 3, 2012, at the Burkemont Baptist Church with the Reverends Eddie Bunton and David Mills officiating. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the Church.
