He was born June 26, 1957 to the late Gene Propst and Delma Keller Propst.
In addition to his parents, Tommy is proceeded in death by the mother to his children, Lisa Ledford.
Upon changing his life with a twelve step program, Tommy devoted his life to being a caregiver to his mother.
He is survived by his children, Dustin Ledford, Heather Ledford, brother; Rick Ledford and wife Cindy, sister; Kimberly Spann and husband Jerry, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held privately.
