Curtis D. Williams, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charley and Yule Dean Williams and sister, Dorothy Ferguson.
Survivors include his wife of over 54 years, Maxie Williams; daughter; Jana R. Williams and finance Michael Gentry, sons; Keith D. Williams and Allen and wife, Crystal Williams, grandchildren; Zachary, Alexis and Conner Williams, sister; Nellie Nelson of Greeneville, sister-in-law, Betty Kilday of Greeneville, special sons; David Lynn Wolfe of Savannah, TN and John Stokes of Dallas, Texas.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 5 – 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Brother Milburn Shelton officiating. Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Saturday, Janaury 21st at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. The family would like to thank Betty Kilday for her medical advice and Amedisys Hospice for their wonderful care.
