

David Wills passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on May 25th after battling an extensive illness. He was saved at an early age at his childhood home. He is a longtime member of First Baptist Church.
David retired from G.E in 1996. Previous to that, he worked at Enka and Magnavox.
David was a loving and devoted father, husband, brother and friend. David loved attending church and participating in his Sunday school class. He enjoyed working in his yard, farming, and gardening. He owned cattle for the majority of his life. He enjoyed traveling and visiting new places. He met his wife, Barbara, while on a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada with his son and daughter-in-law in 2015.
He is preceded in death by his first wife of 41 years, Carolyn Wills; parents, James and Irene Wills; brothers, Bill and Keith Wills; brother-in-law, Royle Rhoades.
He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Barbara; son, Wesley (Rebekah) Wills; sister, Charlotte Rhoades and sister-in-law, Donna Wills; step-son, Greg (Dawn) Shuford; step-grandchildren, Victoria (James) Elliot and Morgan (Anthony) Ponder; and step-great grandchildren, Owen McIntosh, Finn Elliot, and Miles Ponder.

Visitation will take place at Stubblefield Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 28th from 5:00 - 7:00. Funeral will follow.
Burial will take place at Emma Jarnagin Cemetery on Wednesday, May 29th at 11:00. Processional will take place at Stubblefield Funeral Home at 10:15.
Pastor Danny Georges will be officiating the service.
