HOMER J. RHEA, age 77 of Russellville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He attended Russellville Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Dovie Rhea; sister, Ilene Mullins and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Burley Pauline Creech. He is survived by his wife, Lillie Lou Rhea; daughter, Sandra Lawson and husband Ronnie of Russellville; 2 sisters, Shirley Cross and husband Roger and Betty Bare both of Rogersville; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger Rigney and the Rev. William Gardner officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home.
