John Wayne Rickard Jr. (Johnny), age 49, of Mooresburg, Tennessee passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023 at his residence. Johnny was a very talented artist and enjoyed spending his days drawing and listening to music. He was a loved son, grandson, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and nephew.
Johnny was preceded in death by his mother Debra Mutter, his father John (Joyce) Rickard, his brother James Rickard, grandfathers John Aldridge and James (Edith) Rickard.
He is survived by his son Trevor (Jasmine) Rickard and grandsons: Jaxyn Rickard, Brayden, Koltyn, Lane, and River Sexton. Father Mark Mutter, brothers Michael (Angela) Helton and Darrell (Nikki) Helton, Josh and Jason Rickard, Grandmother Betty Aldridge, as well as several beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. His special Aunt Linda Long and uncle Robert Phillips.
He leaves behind his wife Tammy Rickard and stepchildren: Eric (Chelsey) and Shane Sexton.
A visitation for Johnny will be held Monday, June 26, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will occur directly after visitation on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 7:00 PM. A private graveside service will occur Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to Stubblefield Funeral home to help with Johnny's funeral expenses.
