Mary Geneva “Johnnie” Dyer Susong, age 79 of Whitesburg, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014 at Signature Health of Rogersville. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, C. Randle Susong; parents, Elbert and Pearl Dyer; brothers, Paul and W. E. Dyer; and sister, Irene Dyer.
Survivors include her son, Randle (Bobbie) Susong of Whitesburg; grandchildren, Kristina (Matt) Pfrommer of Huntsville AL, Adam (Kayce) Susong of Clarksville, and Erin (Dustin) Frost of Morristown; great-grandchildren, Henry Pfrommer, Parker, Carson, Molly Susong, Emma and Tyson Frost; sister, Ann Livesay of Jacksonville FL; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet on Monday, February 17th at 10:45 a.m. in Fairview Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. Rev. Tim Seaton will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
