She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Tate and brother: Estel Wolfe.
Patsy was a teacher's assistant for more than 40 years at the Bean Station Elementary School, she was loved by all of her students. She attended New Prospect Baptist Church, was active in the Bean Station Senior Citizens Center, helping to provide food for the elderly and she also volunteered at the Baptist Association.
She leaves a family who adored her. Her brother-in-law: James E. Tate, brother Maurice Wolfe (Doris). Several nephews: Joe Wolfe (Sharon Ann), Danny Wolfe (Tonya), Brian Wolfe (Raelyn) and Maurice Wolfe, Jr., one niece: Carolyn Tate Williams (Glenn). Several great nephews: Walker, Ryan, Joseph, Hunter, Cody and Cory.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 in Heath's Chapel Cemetery, Bean Station. Rev. Lowell Welch officiating.
