She was born in Lake Charles and resided in Moss Bluff. She was a member of the Moss Bluff United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son, Marvin Allen Goos of Moss Bluff; daughter, Donna Faye Goos Graves of Moss Bluff; half-brothers, Albert Baggett of Houston, TX, Clyde Morgan of Westlake, Ray Lynn Morgan of Westlake; half-sister, Judy Varner of Lake Providence, LA; grandchildren, Patryce Monette’ Abshire; step-grandchildren, James A. Graves, Jennifer Wallgren; 2 great grandchildren, Sierra Noeline Abshire and George Abshire III. She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick “Bozo” McCoy Goos, Jr.; daughter, Peggy Darlene Goos and a brother, Melvin Morgan and half-brother, Alton Eugene Morgan.
Her funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday, January 21, 2011 at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Rev. Josh Milliron will officiate. Burial will be in Goos Cemetery.
