Bill D Otis

He graduated in 1972 from Westlake High School and was employed by Citgo as a Chief operator until his retirement in 2012.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Asa and Myron Oxendine Otis, and Bill Hough.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Cherie Ferguson Otis, his children, Aaron Otis and wife Abby; daughter, Brandy Newcomb and husband Michael; siblings, Dalton Otis, Jenilyn Otis Landry, Debbie Hough Highberg, Grady Hough, Beth Hough, Melissa Hough, Billie Hough Wylie. Bill is also survived by his grandchildren, Alauna, Aiden, Rayne, Ryleigh and Castiel as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff from 5pm to 8pm.Visitation will resume on Thursday at 8am till time of service. Funeral service will be held at 10am on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at LeBlanc Cemetery.
