He was born in New Orleans and lived in DeQuincy. Jon was a member of the Catholic faith. He was an electrician.
Survivors include his daughters, Kasey Manzella and Lacie Manzella of San Antonio, TX; brothers, Joe Manzella of Chalmette and Jeff Manzella of New Orleans; and grandson, Braedon Agosto.
His funeral will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2014, at St. Theodore Catholic Church in Moss Bluff. The Rev. Scott Desormeaux will officiate. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery in New Orleans.
