Lee L. "PeeWee" Parker Jr.

Lee L. Parker Jr. “PeeWee”, 72, went to be with the Lord Friday, April 28, 2017 with his loving family at his side. He was born in 1945 in Lake Charles, LA. to Lee L. Parker Sr. and Mary E Parker. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army and was Honorably Discharged in 1971.

PeeWee loved being outdoors and was the owner/operator of Lee L. Parker Jr. Equipment Sales and Dozer Work. He loved Louisiana food, and often could be found at the Pitt Grill Buffet, it was his getaway. He loved his family and his children and grandchildren always came first. PeeWee was a friend you could count on and his honesty was well known. If in need he could be counted on to be there to giving the shirt off his back if needed. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him and forever a part of their hearts.

He is preceded in death by his father; Lee L. Parker Sr., sister; Wanda Parker, brothers; Gary Parker, Donald Parker and Ricky Parker. PeeWee is survived by his daughters; Kimberly Parker Torres and Ashley Parker Hebert and husband Bryan, son; Michael Parker and wife Brittany, mother; Mary Parker, grandchildren; Christie, Joshua, Brittney, Haley, Timothy, Benji, Brandon, Allie, Taylor, Jaxson, Logan and Lizzie, sisters; Shirley Hagen and Cathy Prejean, brothers; Jackie Parker and Jimmy Parker and many extended family and great friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 11am-9pm and will resume on Monday from 10am at Camp Pearl in Reeves, LA with Funeral Service to be Monday at 2pm with burial to follow at Creel Cemetery. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
