Linda "Mamow" "Mam" Breaux Spell

Mamow was a resident of Lebleu Settlement for most of her life. She meant the world to her little family whom she brought happiness and joy to. Her cooking was sure to catch anyone's attention and she truly enjoyed bringing everyone together to ensure her family and friends had a good time. Mamow loved and cared for everyone and would take any children in like they were her own. Her family will remember her for her love of reading her Bible while drinking coffee and letting her dogs outside.

She is survived by her sister, Donna Sue Sorkow; beloved daughter, Belinda Blessing; amazing grandchildren, Coby Blessing, Shane Blessing, Ashlyn Fuller; one great grand baby, Emmlynn Mya Fontenot; one great grand baby on the way, Skylar Busby; and a family friend, Joseph Curry who helped her many years with all of her needs and kept her company.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Gary DePerrodil and brother, Donald Hodge, Sr.

The family will welcome relatives and friends at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff on Friday, March 10, 2023 beginning at 12:00 p.m. with a service to be held in the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be immediately following at New Ritchie Cemetery.
