She was born April 5, 1973 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Dale Williams and Helen Williams. Penny was a very loving mother, grandmother and friend who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, her greatest loves of all who she shared countless trips to the park with. Penny had a love for the outdoors, visiting beaches and boating and was an avid gardener. She will greatly be missed by her family.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Dale Williams, Jr and by her step-father, Rick Watson. Left behind to treasure her beloved memory are her children, Mistie Harmon, Allie Harmon, Malachi Harmon; father, Dale Williams and wife Shellie Williams; mother, Helen Watson; sister, Alice Jo Williams “Allie” and her children, Trinity and Garl Williams; nephew, Michael Williams and by her grandchildren,Ayden Pauley, Madilyn Bell and Eliza Pauley.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff.
