She was born November 15, 1964, the daughter of Herbert and Shirley (Dunagan) Spurlin. Brenda loved watching the Hallmark Channel and listening to all types of music.
Survivors include her caretaker and special friend, Sue Robbins; sisters, Sonya (Chris) Carter and Angela Spurlin; nephews, Dustin Carter and Michael Spurlin; great-nephew, Zachary Carter; very special friend, Andy Sims; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in passing by her grandparents; parents, Herbert and Shirley (Dunagan) Spurlin; and nephew, Andrew Carter.
