Carolyn Maxine Wolfe

Carolyn was born in Muncie, Indiana, on Wednesday, August 24, 1938, the daughter of John Hartman and Thelma (Gosman) Anthony. In 1975, Carolyn and her husband, Carl Wolfe, moved to Colorado. It was there that they raised their children and lived a wonderful life. They moved back to Muncie in 1998 with their family and resided here for many years. Together, Carolyn and Carl enjoyed forty-nine years of marriage until he passed away October 13, 2001.

Survivors include a son, Leon Morgan; brothers, Robert Hartman, and Bill Hartman; sisters, Sandy Gabbard, Brenda Stanley, and Karen Lawson; grandchildren, April Ferrell, Kim Banks, and Bradley Morgan; great-grandchildren, Chris Wolfe, Kyle Wolfe, Bethaney Hunt, Todd Littau, Samantha Littau, Kerri Littau, Andrew Littau, Bailey Morgan, and Daxton Morgan; and twelve great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wolfe; parents, John Hartman and Thelma Anthony; one son, John Wolfe; daughter-in-law, Betty Wolfe; brother, Kenny Hartman; sisters, Alice Smithers and Nancy Bartin.

Services will be held for Carolyn at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 6, 2020, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304.
