Eva M Miller

Eva M. Miller, 86, Anderson, passed away Monday morning, September 26, 2022, at her daughters home. Delfino and Santos (Benevidas) Diaz welcomed their daughter Eva into this world on April 9, 1936. She was a successful homemaker who loved spending time with her family, especially all of her grandchildren. Eva loved to cook for her family, and looked forward to gathering everyone together for meals she prepared. She was a talented painter who studied, under Bob Ross. She was an avid gardener with an eye for beauty. Survivors include her daughters, Dorrie Hamm, and Thelma “Miki” (husband, Alan) Yost; sons, Randy (wife, Cathy) Hamm, Joseph Hamm, and Chuck (wife, Theresa) Miller; sister Betty Diaz; fifteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews. Her parents, Delfino and Santos Diaz; and her husband, Charles Miller, preceded her in death. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
