He was born on October 12, 1962, the son of Richard Charles Marshall Sr. and Vera Louise (Andrews) Marshall.
Harley was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was a passionate music lover and could often be found listening to his favorite tunes, which brought him comfort and happiness throughout his life. He also liked to camp, travel and take in the beauty of nature.
Harley is survived by his son, Harley Dwight Marshall Jr.; brother, Richard Marshall Jr.; mother of his child, Madonna Fields; special people, Julia and Ayden; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in passing by his parents and brother, Brian Albert.
Elm Ridge Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation arrangements.
