Jack DeBoard

Jack DeBoard, 87, Muncie, passed away Friday evening, July 2, 2021, at The Woodlands. He was born Thursday, October 12, 1933, in Montana, the son of Jack and Bertha (Beck) DeBoard. Jack worked in the Oil Fields for many years and at Delco Remy. He honorably served his country in the United States Army. Survivors include Brenda Cole, Marsha DeBoard and his “extended family and friends” at The Woodlands. His parents, Jack and Bertha DeBoard; his wife, Barbara Joan DeBoard who passed away in 1984; his son, Jack DeBoard Jr. who passed away in 2016; and two brothers, Billy DeBoard and Jim DeBoard, preceded him in death. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021, at Beech Grove Cemetery. Burial will follow with Military Rites conducted by Veterans of Delaware County Honor Guard.
