

She was born in Manchester, Tennessee on February 26, 1952, the daughter of the late Alton and Peggy Phipps. Linda attended Muncie Central Schools. She enjoyed housekeeping at Chrystal’s Country Home and Delaware County Home. In her free time, Linda loved to garden and ride her golf cart. More than anything, Linda cherished spending time with her family.
Survivors include her son, Tom (Brandy) Pullins; grandkids, Abbe Brevard, Trey Pullins, Alexis Lackey, Braden Case, Brianna Case, Brylen Case, Tyler Pullins, Taylor Pullins, Katelind Phillips, Kaiser Phillips, and Khaner Phillips; a sister, Bonnie (Morris) King; a daughter-in-law, Michelle Phillips; four great-grandkids and twins on the way; sister-in-laws, Ola Phipps and Mona Phipps; five nieces and one nephew; and special friends, Brenda, Jama, and Dianna.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Ray Phillips III; siblings, Albert Phipps and Charles Phipps; and a great-grandchild, Piper Phillips.
