A graduate of Burris High School in 1969, she went on to be an active member of the Muncie Pilot Club and an avid supporter of ARF and the American Hometown Band.
Rebecca is survived by her loving husband, Charles Chandler; her brother, Gary (Peggy) Watson; sister, Deb (Gary) Schuck; one step-daughter, Ashley Weesner; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in passing by her parents, Fred and Margaret Watson.
Family and friends may gather from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Monday, October 27, 2025, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 820 E Charles St, Muncie, IN 47305. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
